The Platform
Cambridge Harbor
Collaborative efforts among all stakeholders will lead to the best success at the Cambridge Harbor development. Ongoing disagreement has to be ended, and an economically viable project that reflects Cambridge's needs and wants has to become the target for all parties.
Public Safety
Assisting the Cambridge Police Department in their recruitment of qualified officers, while building trust with all the community and giving law enforcement the tools needed to succeed will be a key effort.
Providing support to Rescue Fire Company to rebuild its volunteer roster through collaborative efforts will be an immediate focus so our City can remain safe for all residents.
Housing Policy
Through forward thinking policies, Cambridge will overcome the longtime issues of housing inequality and low quality residential stock. Absentee property owners will finally be held accountable for failing to maintain their properties and causing them to be a drag on Cambridge's neighborhoods.
City Services
Code enforcement, trash collection, street maintenance, and other core City of Cambridge services will be updated and improved to make Cambridge a place people will desire to live.
Economic Development
Through existing and new relationships, job opportunities in our community will be developed. Incentivizing good employers to locate in Cambridge instead of neighboring communities will be a focus of Cambridge's policies.
